This is a gorgeous example of Omega’s current bread and butter dive watch. The Seamaster 300 diver is an unbelievable value and is loaded with everything you need for a great daily wearer. This particular reference was produced to honor Omega’s partnership with the Nekton Foundation and has a couple features that set it apart from the rest of the SM300d line. First off…it uses Omega’s Master Chronometer Certified calibre 8806 which is anti-magnetic to over 15,000 gauss and does not have a date feature. Also, the dial is a matt finish ceramic with polished waves in positive relief. It is a subtle difference but looks 100% better than the standard SM300d dial to my eye. The bezel is unique in the line as well. It is made from grade 5 titanium with a laser ablated diving scale. Finally, this one is on one of Omega’s fantastic rubber straps as a proper dive watch should be. If you’re looking for a bulletproof watch that you can park on your wrist for 25 years, look no further than this! Comes with double box, book, wallet and cards as new.
